    01 - Get in touch!

    Send me a message! Once you fill out the contact form or email me, I check my calendar and confirm your date is available. Then, I email you back or text you. Please check your junk mail just in case.

    02 - Let's Chat

    You’re part of the process. Every relationship starts with a conversation. I prefer a video call with you and your partner so you can get to know a bit about me, I can get to know a bit about you, and we can plan your special day. Whether it’s an 8-hour wedding, a micro-wedding, or a surprise proposal, I want to hear your thoughts on what you want your day to look like.

    03 - Book your date

    Booking your date involves two things:
    1) A photography session agreement (contract) that we both sign, this makes sure the expectations and deliverables, along with the fees, are crystral clear.

    2) 20% deposit. This ensures your date is fully booked and secure!

    04 - Pre-Event Planning

    Ironing out the details is super important! For weddings, it’s always a good idea to create and go over a photo list so we can ensure we don’t miss any important relatives. For proposals, we chat about where and when to meet, and how I can play the part perfectly to ensure it stays a surprise.

    05 - It's Time! Event day.

    It’s wedding day / proposal day! My second photographer and I arrive on time, get ready, and take your dream photos. The goal is for you to enjoy your day without us being too intrusive.

  • 06 - Next-day Sneak Peeks

    Who wants to wait weeks for photos? Ain’t nobody got time for that. I send you a few photos the same or next day so you can announce your wedding or engagement, and share some special moments with friends and family who couldn’t make it.

    P.S. This is also payment date. I will email you an invoice and request payment.

    07 - Receive Your Photos!

    The day you’ve waiting for … well, since your actual big day. I wrap up editing, exporting, and uploading within 3-4 weeks typically and send you all your photos using an online hosting service such as OneDrive or Google Drive. You can now download full quality, high resolution, photos to keep, print, and share with your loved ones.

  • Yes, 20% of your total bill.

  • As early as possible - the more time we have to prepare and confirm your date the better. Plus, my rates go up every year… so book now!

  • It depends, because every event and couple is different. If we do many locations and poses, you’d get a lot more photos. If you really want an answer, you can expect around 100 photos/hour. You do NOT need to pick a few photos like some photographers make you do (e.g. pick 300 of your favourites).

  • Yes, for an extra $1,000 per photo shoot regardless of the duration.

  • Online using a cloud hosting platform (typically MS OneDrive). You can request a USB stick or SD card mailed or picked up if you really want - you just have to pay for the USB stick or SD card and postage.

  • Not typically, but I could… reach out and we can discuss!

  • YEPP! Get in touch, we can discuss where you want to go! I typically serve: Vancouver, Burnaby, Surrey, Richmond, Coquitlam, Maple Ridge, Langley, Abbotsford, Squamish, Whistler.

  • Typically yes. It happens: your ceremony or speeches go longer than expected and you still need time to photograph the first dance. The cost for additional hours will be listed within your contract.
